A true tale from history recreated by people who have no idea what happened.

Histrionix is a fun-filled comedy show for younger audiences featuring true stories from history and absolute nonsense made up on the spot. Our young historians have researched fascinating tales from the past to tell to the audience. Meanwhile our adult improvisers have never heard the stories before but they’ll be doing their best to recreate what happened. Things will go wrong, mistakes will get exaggerated and imagination will take flight.

This show is a fun, free-wheeling comedy which leaves the audience both more and less informed about the past.

Recommended for ages 9 – 12
This performance will be recorded for a future RTE Jnr Radio series
