A spooky musical entirely in the dark!

This Halloween, for one night only, Ireland’s first improvised musical group will perform another Irish first by improvising the island’s first musical in the dark! It’s bound to be a (trick or) treat.

Come see (or just hear I suppose) this sell-out sensation and enjoy what happens when you let the story, songs, and characters of Broadway get written in real time by some of Ireland’s silliest improv comics.

ABOUT THE COMPANY
Bum Notes is Ireland’s first improvised musical team.
Our cast’s backgrounds are in Ireland’s improv comedy scene, having all trained up within a year of each other. After a few musical improv workshops from none other than Derek Miller we knew we were hooked and we fully teamed up after finding the music marvel that is Paul Prior and applying to the Scene + Heard festival.
We started performing in January 2024, and since then we’ve put on roughly one sold out show per month, including Ireland’s largest fully improvised homegrown show, in the Royal Irish Academy of Music.
