Anne Gildea, comedienne and show host Beloved by Irish audiences, Anne is currently touring UK and Ireland with her smash hit show HOW TO GET THE MENOPAUSE AND ENJOY IT.
Josephine Lacey – comedian Drawing on her Jamaican-Irish heritage and life experiences, wow regular Josephine delivers her material with the guile and wisdom of someone that’s been there, done it and bought the T-shirt. Her regular sell-out performances at the Edinburgh Fringe have made her a comedy voice in great demand, and she’s a big hit with Irish audiences. Josephine’s one-woman shows Autism Mama and Puberty recently sold out at London’s Soho Theatre.
Eve Darcy – comedian Stand-up comedienne Eve Darcy is based in Dublin, but transports herself to places far and wide for the comedic cause. Eve is currently supporting Jarlath Regan on his new nationwide tour. Follow her on Insta: @evedarcy1 – she needs the numbers!
Mags McHugh – comedian Funny Woman Dublin finalist, BBC radio regular, star of sell-out shows at Edinburgh Fringe, Mags is now co-living in London and Ireland, where she regularly performs to her growing fan base.
Aoife Dunne – Comedian Aoife is a new and vibrant force in Dublin’s comedy scene with her stand-up, storytelling and viral sketches on Instagram, and fresh from headlining in New York and supporting Danny O’Brien and Nataly Aukur on their Irish tour.
Emileo – Music Emileo was born in Berlin and moved to Spain at 16 before heading south to Morocco. She won the inaugural Sinead O’Connor Scholarship at the BIMM Music Institute Dublin in 2020. Emileo came to industry attention immediately with her self-released debut EP Lord of the Fish in the summer of 2021 before being invited to perform at Ireland Music Week 2021. She has been personally invited by artists such as Mundy and Tolü Makay to support them around Ireland and performed in Dublin’s landmark Olympia Theatre and Cork’s Opera House as special guest to Tori Amos in 2022.

About the Company
Women of Wit presented their first event on 7th February 2019 in Bewley’s Cafe Theatre, Dublin and have been producing sell out shows ever since.
