The hunt is on! When news breaks that Jesus has risen from the dead, two bumbling Roman soldiers are tasked by the revered Pontius Pilate with finding him. But is the Jesus they are searching for the one they expect to find?
The play challenges the concepts of good and evil and paints new portraits of characters familiar to us.
About The Company:
Ronan Woods graduated from the Gaiety School of Acting in 2021. In 2022 he founded Scatterdream Theatre Company. Their first production, ‘Heartstring’, was a musical with book by Ronan Woods and songs by D. Cullen, shining a light on men’s mental health. It played in The Whale Theatre, and also starred Bláthnaid Daly who is now co-directing their new production ‘Resurrection’.
