Left Hand Lost tells the extraordinary life-story of Irish-American lyricist, singer songwriter and poet Dory Previn. Born in 1925 in New Jersey inot a rigidly Catholic Irish family, Dory was a tortured artist who struggled a harrowing upbringing, inner demons and oppression, to become a critically acclaimed, Emmy award winning musician.
