Ill-Advised Theatre Company

Dublin Fringe Festival 2017

A new musical about democracy, politics and fish-based confectionery products from writer / composer Fionn Foley.
The distant yet familiar state of Hibernia has been taken over by corrupt tyrant Austericus, plunging its citizens into an oppressive autocracy.
Two slaves, Ragnall and Milo, bear witness to a divine oracle and try to convince a local cod merchant to be the face of the revolution. But will he take the bait?
Together with a riotous troupe of actors, musicians and fish, emerging Irish musical hit-makers Ill-Advised present a spectacularly irreverent take on the absolute state of the place and the power of being a ‘character’.

Running time : 75 mins
